Onboarding depends on SKU count and how your stock arrives. A typical D2C brand is receiving and shipping within two weeks of signing, including integration and the first stock intake.
How is pricing structured?
Storage is billed by the space you actually occupy, and fulfillment per order picked and packed, with shipping passed through at our negotiated rates. There is no setup fee and no long lock-in.
Is there a minimum order volume?
No hard minimum. We work with brands shipping a few hundred orders a month and with operations shipping tens of thousands — the pricing tier simply reflects the volume.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
The major regional and global ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, plus a REST API for anything custom. Orders sync automatically and tracking flows back to your store.
Can I see my stock in real time?
Yes. You get a dashboard showing stock by SKU, batch and expiry, with low-stock alerts and full movement history for every unit received and shipped.
What happens when a customer returns an order?
Returns come back to the warehouse, get inspected and graded on arrival, and are then restocked, refurbished or disposed of according to rules you set per product.
Do you handle B2B and retail distribution?
Yes — pallet building, compliance labelling, booking slots and the documentation retailers and marketplaces require, alongside your direct-to-consumer orders in the same warehouse.
Who owns the stock while it is with you?
You do, at all times. We hold it as a service provider, it is insured while in our care, and you can withdraw it subject to the notice period in the agreement.
